Our Team.

Coleman Ayers CEO/Founder

Coleman attends the University of Miami, and is located in Miami, Florida and Washington, DC. After founding By Any Means Basketball in Spring 2016 for basketball and sports performance-oriented videos, he has expanded the brand into the space of a media platform, clothing line, events, and more, all under the By Any Means, LLC umbrella. Coleman conducts the daily business activities for By Any Means, as well as videography, editing, merchandise, curation of breakdown videos for the Basketball branch.

Amir Barnett Co-CEO

Amir attends North Carolina A&T State University, and is located in Greensboro, NC and Washington, DC. Since joining the team in Summer 2018, he has ensured that business goals are being met in an organized and innovative fashion. Amir conducts the daily business activities of By Any Means, as well as social media outreach, event planning and merchandize.
